I was able to purchase this item at a discount and I wanted to offer my review:

This is a cool gadget, you use it to measure TDS (total dissolved solids) so you can see what is in your water.  Like I mentioned in an earlier review, we have a Reverse Osmosis system because the city water where we live is really hard.  So we want to make sure that our RO system is working and when we need to change our filters.  This meter works well and we feel gives us a good reading on what is in our water.  Water is crucial for your body and we want to make sure the water we are putting in our body is pure and free of contaminants.  So we are very pleased with this TDS meter!
