I got this tree swing strap for my father in law. He has a tire swing at his house, and last year my oldest daughter (12) and my youngest daughter (4) were riding on the tire swing and it snapped on them mid swing and they fell off. Luckily no one was hurt, but after that it kind of freaked me out letting them swing on the tire swing. So I was really excited to get these to give to him. It hasn't been nice enough to use the swing yet but we are hoping this summer to get a lot of use out of it.

This oil is not 100% pure, I can tell by the smell and the oil test with construction paper, it doesn't evaporate like a pure oil would. I will use this oil to repel pests, I'll put it in a spray bottle mixed with water and spray it around my house. But I won't use it on my skin or in a diffuser.

I recently injured my lower back doing dead lifts during crossfit. I have had a hard time sitting for a long time, and I have a job where I sit all the time. So it has been a problem. When I first received this back support, it fit me, but my stomach got in the way pretty bad. I have lost some weight since I started Whole 30 and it is now a lot easier to wear. I have noticed when I wear when I'm sitting to work (or work on reviews) it helps me tremendously. If I don't wear this belt, I have to go down to my knees in order to get up out of my chair, it is extremely painful. When I have this belt on I can stand up without any problem at all. It is very supportive. I have thought about trying to wear it when I workout, but I wasn't sure if it was made for that. So I'm going to do some more research on that. I think if I had some good support I would do a lot better with my weightlifting.

I have been using this castor oil on my eyelashes, because it says it helps with eyelash growth. I don't notice any smell to the oil and it doesn't seem to bother my eyes at all when I apply it to my eyelashes. I also have used it on my scalp when it is sometimes irritated from hair products. Especially after I get my hair dyed at the hairdresser. It seems to do a better job with that than the coconut oil does. This bottle will last me a long time, but I will always make sure I have castor oil in my house!

I don't curl my hair much, but my teenage daughter loves to! So she was really excited about this curling wand and the glove! This way she won't burn her fingers, or me mine if I'm curling her hair. The tip of the wand doesn't get hot either, so that helps with not burning fingers as well. This curling wand gets warm very fast and it does a great job curling the hair. I love all the xtava products and how great they are! I love that they come with a case to carry them in when, especially that you are able to when they are still warm.

I am so glad I purchased these paint brushes. I received an oil painting, paint by number set for Christmas and the brushes that came with it, were not great. I need a very small brush that holds up well because my oil painting is almost nothing but tiny details. These brushes make it so much easier. I think I will keep these away from my younger kids, so they don't ruin them! I had originally bought them to give to my kids :)

Unfortunately I cannot give this Rose Oil a good review at all. It does not smell like true rose oil, it smells like perfume and it smells terrible. I wouldn't recommend using this oil for anything.
If you want to get the best quality rose oil, I would recommend Young Livings, it is expensive, but you get what you paid for. I know this post isn't supposed to be about Young Living, but if you want Rose Oil that is the only one I would recommend using. Because all uses for Rose oil involve using them on your skin or ingesting or aromatically.

I am a huge fan of any product for the hair, so I was so excited to get this new hair straightener! The one I had before was so old and barely worked! Like anything else sold by Xtava, this was packaged very very nicely. Their products are so sleek and professional and they work so well! I use this hair straightener almost everyday and it does a great job smoothing out my hair. The highest setting is 450, that's the one I usually use because my hair is so thick. It heats up extremely fast so I don't have to wait 5 minutes until I can use it, it's usually about a minute. Once again I love this product from Xtava, I have not been disappointed! I will definitely be getting more products from them!

This is a nice sized purse, it is bigger than I thought it would be. I opted for the navy blue purse, but the other options are black, brown, purple, and pink. I already have a similar purse that it is purple, so I thought I'd try the blue. This is a great purse, it's sturdy with a good amount of pockets for organization. That is what I love most about purses now, the pockets and where I can put stuff. I can fit my kindle, ipad mini and other devices in this purse. It would be really good for a student. I will definitely use this the next time I fly too, to keep all my items I'll need, handy. Overall I am happy with this purchase!
Whole 30: Day 20
My journey with #januarywhole30 started the day after my 36th Birthday on January 2nd. I have done 1 round of Whole 30 before and I felt great and lost some weight, I loved the rules, I stayed in the rules and I was successful. I tried to eat Whole30 after that, but I have found with myself that once I open up the floodgates of eating sugar, I can't hold back. I don't do well with moderation or just letting myself have a cheat meal every once in a while. So on vacation last year and through the holidays, I ate like crap and I gained a lot of my weight back and I felt terrible. Through all of this I have been doing crossfit, but crossfit doesn't counteract a bad diet. So if I can have a great diet and do crossfit 3 times a week, I can take control. Right now I am on Day 20 of Whole30. I will admit the last week I have felt terrible. Emotional, lethargic, depressed. I have seen many people say oh it's not for everyone or oh you should just go back to how you ate before. I do not believe that is the answer. I believe that my body is coming off some very addictive sugar and I'm going through the detox/withdrawal process. It sucks! But I think if I can stick with this, it will only benefit me. I do not believe the answer is to back to eating sugar and crap processed food. I just think it is different for everyone and you should stay strong and committed. I thought maybe getting my thoughts and feelings out would help. I have never felt so close to caving in and having a drink or wanting a cookie! But I am committed, I am strong, I can do this! PS I am thankful for a wonderful husband who does this with me, helps with cooking the compliant meals, and let's me sleep or just not doing anything when I'm not feeling it.

I have really bad dark circles under my eyes, it's hereditary but it's always kind of bothered me. You can change the settings depending on how coarse you want it, which is a nice feature. It works perfect for me as I am on the only one in my house who drinks coffee and I only drink a cup or two a day. So i don't mind grinding the beans. Overall I am very happy with this product!

I attend cross fit classes 3 to 4 times a week and I have a lot of knee issues/pain. I have tried other knee sleeves, and they worked ok but they weren't very thick. These knee sleeves are thick enough for me and they make lunges tolerable with not much pain. I think the more I do the crossfit and continue with clean eating, I hope it will help with the knee pain. I wear these knee sleeves at every workout and I notice they are the most helpful for squats and lunges. I ordered size large and they are a little tight, but I think that is a good thing so they don't slide down or fall off. They stay in place very nicely. My husband was able to fit them as well and he is a larger man at 6'3, while I am 5'5 but I have thicker legs. I am really impressed with the quality. These do not irritate my skin at all either. These make working out easier for me and I am so thankful for that!

Unfortunately I didn't look closely at the dimensions of this drawer organizer, and I was not able to fit it in my utensil drawer. My drawer's were all too small for this, even my larger junk drawer. So that was a major bummer because my utensil drawer needs some serious organization! I will be looking into some of the smaller organizers that Kitchen Lovers sells.
From what I did notice when I was trying to fit it in my drawers, was that it expands nicely and it seems to be sturdy. It seems to be quality bamboo and the color is very nice.

I have never tried French Press coffee before, I was very impressed with everything about it. Like I mentioned in an earlier review, we have a Reverse Osmosis system because the city water where we live is really hard. So we want to make sure that our RO system is working and when we need to change our filters. This meter works well and we feel gives us a good reading on what is in our water. Water is crucial for your body and we want to make sure the water we are putting in our body is pure and free of contaminants. So we are very pleased with this TDS meter!

I will say when I received the product I was surprised at how small the bottles were, but they will last a while because you don't need much product at all to wash the beard. My husband likes this and it helps keep his face from drying out, he uses this beard wash and conditioner along with the beard oil and balm. Like I said in my review of the beard oil, I don't particularly like the smell of this, it's not a bad smell but it's a little over powering. The beard wash has a very similar smell as the beard oil. A few years ago I went to a spa and they have the most amazing shower that had several rainfall shower heads coming at you in different directions. Ever since then I have always wanted a rainfall shower. I was really excited to be able to get this shower head! We already had low pressure shower heads and I noticed this one had a lower pressure as well, so that was good. It was easy to install and it looks really nice! I really enjoy showering with this shower head. It's not quite like the one at the spa, but of course that would be hard to duplicate because they had several shower heads at different angles. It's definitely the best shower head I've ever had in my own personal shower.
