I was able to receive this item at a discount, and I wanted to offer my review:

I love this eye cream, I suffer from dark bags under my eyes and this eye cream really helps with that.  I use it in the morning and at night.  I try not to use too much so that my bottle will last me a while.  I like the way this smells and it doesn't irritate my eyes.  Some times when I get creams too close to my eyes, they get irritated, so it's refreshing that this cream doesn't.
